  • Built and Maintained a SharePoint Server 2010 two tier farm for over 400 staff and 2500 student users for 2 years, then upgraded that environment to a SharePoint 2013 Farm using the database attach method

  • Using batch files, PowerShell and Task Scheduler, I automated the monitoring of server HDD space, AD user password expirations, network connectivity problems, unsuccessful server backups, and power outages resulting in UPS systems preforming necessary actions to the server farm, while automating weekly reports and having alerts sent via email or text message for prioritized issues.
  • Aided in the restoration of an Exchange 2007 database that was corrupted by the root (and only drive) running out of available space. Using the native ESEUTIL utility to repair the DB, and a 3rd party product to extract mailboxes into PST files, we restored user email into an Exchange 2010 Server with no reported loss of data.
  • Aided in the upgrade of an Active Directory Forest to Server 2008, 2008R2, and 2012 Schemas.
  • The upgrade to 2012 AD involved the virtualization of all Domain Controllers using Microsoft Hyper-V technology. Also the conversion of all Windows 2003 servers in district to virtual machines and consolidated into the district server farm Hyper-V server.
