• Created MS CRM dashboard for SharePoint Portal Server
• Created workflows for PMs to receive emails upon status changes to Change Management request
• Created forms used by OC vendors for OC PMs to fill out PRFs, among other forms created
• Administered and customized Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 for more than 20 departments and worked extensively with JDocs document management and migrated to SharePoint 2007 intranet.
• Trained employee classes consisting of 50-125 Orange County web coordinators on the use of Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 and new SharePoint 2007 Content Collaboration and Document Management interfaces (Utilized self-authored 61 page documentation and Camtasia).
• Migrated the Orange County ISS db of 800 county-wide web coordinators from Access db to SQL Server 2000.
• Managed 3 Programmer Analyst interns in the I-Net team of the Information Systems and Services department
• Tuned SQL scripts for OC Advisory Boards application in order to make addition of new meetings dynamic; currently implemented county-wide and used daily by more than 150 OC employees.
• Was Project Lead on Check Validation project for ISS team.
• Designed and maintained Informatica processes ran for the processing of payments of checks issued by OC to citizens cleared with Wachovia Bank.
• Administered Informatica for Health and Family Services team and Child Services team at ISS.
• Designed and wrote forms for more than 9 different divisions using ASP, JavaScript, and VBScript.
• Maintained and updated the Orange County award-winning intranet on the I-NET team.
• Authored documentation of 46 pages on GE Centricity Pharmacy architecture, application maintenance, database/backend scripting, and troubleshooting.
• Authored four documentations on the use of open-source CMS technologie;s such as Joomla, Drupal, as well as 61 page documentation on Microsoft Content Management Server 2002.
• Provided technical support to over 600 Orange County employees from Health and Family Services.
