  • Do everything for SharePoint (involved in SharePoint since 2001). Meet with customers and plan SharePoint to fit their needs. Design sites, lists, columns, templates, web parts, views, forms, workflows, integration to third parts apps. Setup PSIGen to scan documents directly into SharePoint - user can verify metadata or automatic. Train and support end users.
  • Design and Create custom forms and workflows within SharePoint to handle clients’ specific business processes, needs, and requirements (extremely complex forms with several approval processes based on different criteria, email notification with one click to bring up form. Information on forms comes from user input, other previous forms, calculations, SQL tables, lookup tables/lists in SharePoint, setup/configuration tables, etc.
  • Designed, developed, customized and supported RCMS (Regional Council Management System) for handling the entire accounting and grants/program management for Councils of Governments. Includes DQRS (Director’s Query and Reporting System). dis RCMS system includes about 20 separate programs/modules with an entire security system built-in.
  • Designed, developed, customized and supported PS-Nexus (an extremely robust CRM system). Ability to make global changes, ability to create custom/user-defined reports including regional directories (different sections can has different content and formats. Uses Microsoft SQL but also interfaces to Exchange/Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and more.
