Podcasting Kit for SharePoint PKS which is a social media platform based on the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server is the solution and has five star rating system, tag cloud, search engine and feedback system features. PKS installation and configuration was done according to the PKS Tool guide provided and then the whole site was customized including search and security. Podcasts are categorized by Function area, Hemisphere, Region, Area etc., while uploading where users can easily search podcasts according to the custom metadata. User can view the list of all podcasts, his/her downloaded podcasts and latest podcasts uploaded, and can filter the podcasts by area, by hemisphere, by region, and by countries.
