Description: As RPM Forms is a sub module within RPM Application and tightly integrated, care should be taken t make sure all the integrations work well. The main objective of this project includes implementing an improved Forms mapping model t allow the annual mapping task t be delegated t the practice. Delegating the process will allow the practice t manage mapping changes, test the results and publish the new mapping. Identifying an external forms vendor will als be included as part of this process.
