  • Involved in the support of the Phoenix Customer System as part of the Account Maintenance team.
  • Applications included utility and utility-related applications.
  • Tasks included developing/enhancing/fixing on-line and batch programs using DB2, COBOL and HTML. Also part of a day/night on-call rotation team which responded to production problems when needed.
