  • Develops web applications as member of Confidential (formerly Confidential ) Workforce Management team. Developed parts of web-based element of WFM enterprise suite.   • Built public-facing ecommerce system from scratch. Revenues increased from $24 million dollars per year in the first year to roughly $80 million dollars in the 3rd and 4th years. Started with inexpensive Confidential shopping cart and customized/scaled up to specifications of marketing department, managed hosting and databases. Revenues through this cart increased eleven-fold over 2 years.
  • Maintained application and database security and patched vulnerabilities, in conjunction with penetration testing performed by outside service.
  • Set up and managed Confidential vendor and built wildcard Confidential applications to serve the needs of the business.
  • Developed real-time reporting system for tracking revenue on yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, hourly, and up-to-the-minute time scales.
  • Migrated web sites and databases from shared hosting to dedicated servers to networks of dedicated servers. Moved web/data server network from one data center to another data center with minimal downtime.

  • Architected, built, deployed, operated, documented, and handed off highly successful automatic shipping program (BeSlim) which drove Confidential ’s unprecedented revenue increase during 2008 calendar year. Components of this system include public-facing web site for managing standing orders, automated email notifications at various points in the fulfillment cycle, software for placing and authorizing card payments for automated orders on a daily basis, reporting, and web-based admin tools.
  • Worked with and oversaw numerous outside vendors during 2008 successful effort to overhaul web site, accounting system (Navision) integration, new payment gateway, and implementation of new network marketing commissioning engine. During this project, I worked in various capacities, including business analyst, dba, software engineer, deployment engineer, and project manager. I acted as ringleader for a bevy of outside consultants and internal employees to bring the project to fruition, despite a high turnover rate both internally and externally and repeated losses of key resources.
  • Built, deployed, automated, operated, and handed off automatic transaction settlement program for credit card transactions which tied credit card settlements to fulfillment records.
