• Re-engineering of select services module, a front-end application used by Customer Service Agents to handle residential customer requests.
• Design and development to port a tool which electronically signed documents from a standalone application to a client-server architecture. Once the document had been signed, a signature file (ASCII) was created which contained the details of the users who signed the document along with their signatures. The server performed the authorization and verification of the signature. The server also maintained user account details. The signature file and document could then be mailed to obtain additional signatures.
