• Developed enhanced features for the Releases like 12.0, 12.1.1, 12.1.2, 12.2.
• Designed and developed Update Subledger Balances Program, Third Party Balances report and Supporting reference balances UI. Update Subledger Balances Program is a concurrent program which calculates control balances and supporting reference balances from the newly created journals. The program has been developed using PLSQL. Third Party Balances Report displays balance and account activity information for suppliers and customers. Third Party Balances report has been developed in BI Publisher.
• Designed and developed Transfer journal entries to GL module and Transfer Journal Entries to GL Report. The Transfer Journal Entries to GL program transfers any eligible journal entries to General Ledger. The program has been developed in PLSQL. Transfer to Journal Entries to GL Report is developed in BI Publisher.
• Developed Account Analysis Report in BI publisher and SQL /PLSQL. Account Analysis Report provides drill down information about the movement on accounts for a period or range of periods.

• Designed and developed Control Balance Initialization. Control Balance initialization is feature to initialize balance value for the prior period activities and synchronize them. The initial balance of a Third Party Control Account is defined in context of ledger and is the starting balance for which there is no journal entry in Subledger Accounting to support that balance. This new feature lets you upload the initial third party balances for a control account and synchronize the account and third party balances for accurate reporting and reconciliation. A new open interface table (xla ctrl balances int) and an import program are provided to initialize the control account balances. The program was developed in SQL/PLSQL and Control Balance Initialization report is built in BI publisher.
• Designed and developed AX (AP, AR) to R12 upgrade script. In 11i AX Global Accounting Engine was needed for European foreign subsidiaries as they are required to do reporting in foreign countries. In R12 this was replace by SLA. R12 SLA the accounting data has journal headers (xla ae headers), journal lines (xla ae lines) and distributions (xla distribution links) while AX has only the journal lines (ax sle lines) and journal headers (ax sle headers). The upgrade scripts populates the xla ae lines, xla ae headers and xla distribution links using the ax sle lines, ax sle headers and AR/AP distribution tables.
• Developed the integration of Accounts Payables with Subledger Accounting. Worked with product managers to define the seeded AADs for Accrual Basis accounting and Cash Basis accounting. The Seeded AADs include Journal Line definitions (JLD), Journal Line Types (JLT), Account Derivation Rules (ADR).
