Responsibilities:- Was integral in two major upgrades to the Media Maestro Royalties software and database. Each involved months of regression testing, QA, report re-writes, database and application upgrades, and managing both the end-user QA process, and vendor delivery of patch fixes.
- Fox had a custom built client/server application reporting tool written in VB. I programmed in VB using the Visual Studio to maintain and improve the application as needed.

- Each upgrade involved preparing an overall plan that would guarantee a full suite of testing while simultaneously allowing for Royalties accountants to continue their monthly period processing. Each upgrade also involved writing database scripts to ensure data integrity was not compromised.
