Engaged to manage the creation of a GUI front-end for the SAP insurance system. The project is a fourteen-month, $2.75 million project to handle all Zurich North American’s Loss Sensitive Program. This is being accomplished by utilizing the skills of CSC USA professionals, CSC India professionals, Zurich IT, and Zurich Business Unit staff. The project will affect eight out of the eleven Zurich North American business units.
Responsibilities include:
- Creation of the Preliminary System Design (PSD) for Business unit signoff.

The project was to migrate or upgrade 170 AON Consulting World Wide business applications to run on new Infrastructure (N or N-1 versions).
