Responsibilities:
- Developed relational data to drive the Confidential Solicitation Management System (SMS), a data driven software application used to render on line applications for federal grants filled out by agencies nation wide seeking federal assistance to develop and support community oriented policing practices. Complex SQL queries are required to develop these data. I supported three annual solicitation cycles and five separate grant programs.
- Developed an extensible framework for extraction of grant application data from SMS and applied this framework to perform data extractions in support of grant proposal evaluation workflow, migration of data to related grant management applications, and DOJ Office of the Inspector General audits.
- Collaborated with the technical team lead to develop an SDLC aimed at providing technical guidance to developers, maintenance of coding standards, maintenance of repository integrity, alignment of software components with the Confidential Information Architecture, and alignment of implemented functionality with validated business requirements.
