- Now exists with three tiers, and eight line of business dichotomies as well as three universal topics.
- Upon arrival ticketing system (Service Desk) had over 1,500 open tickets that were 90-days or older. Now has no open tickets over 30-day, critical tickets have a consistent 6-hour closure time, all other tickets now conform to the 36-hour service level agreement.
- All servers have been virtualized. Only remaining non-virtualized hardware are considered vendor managed appliances, for example phone SIP trunk to phone system. Mitigating the risk of hardware failure, minimized the resources necessary to provide maintenance and support.
- All SQL servers have been consolidated to two host clusters to mitigate unnecessary licensing cost.
- Staging database servers now are hosted on a three-cluster host, all non-production (QA - Development) are now hosted on a two-cluster host saving the organization 1.5 million in unnecessary licensing cost.
- Formalize the Organizational Business Intelligence definition.
- Established a three-year road map to contemporary BI.
- Created a Business Intelligence database server for the sole purpose of generating reports.
