Familiar with most compile errors codes, SQL error codes, CICS/Batch error /exception codes.
Be able to enhancing existing coding or write a new COBOL program with embedded SQL. Can work on CICS, batch, store procedure program (STP), and DB2 I/O programs.
Be able to debug a CICS, DB2 I/O or store procedure program that is called from the web applications including reading log file errors from the WebSphere server.
Be able to setup debug from RAD or IntelliJ. Can work on GIT Bash commands, Bitbucket, local debug, CCT, SVN, Teamsite (merge, clone, branch, deployment)
Be able to do unit testing
Can work on file server, WinSCP, WinSQL, SPUFI, reading jobs, maps, errors on Informatica, IBM file gateway, FTP, TWX, and server recycle.
Be able to read program specifications or to write program specifications from a BR.
Be able to work on either Waterfall or Agile methodology/environment.
