  • Maintain the Infor/Infinium Human Resources and Payroll Software. This includes installation, testing and implementation of new upgrades. Also support all users by troubleshooting and resolving processing issues and create custom query reports to meet user requirements.
  • Developed custom programs needed for the interface between ADP Time and Attendance and Infinium Payroll Process. This includes Integration and Testing where I tested the programs in a development environment to check for errors, bugs and interoperability. Final step is the new interface is put into production and becomes a daily job run to complete the Time and Attendance Module of the ADP Software.   • Involved in the Data Conversion of the Infinium HR/Benefit/Payroll System to ADP HR/Benefit/Payroll System (outsource). This includes programming to create the conversion files/data and testing. Programming done in RPG/ILE and Free Form RPG with embedded SQL.
  • Responsible for the conversion of Payroll and Accounts Payable checks, Invoices, W2 forms, Benefit Letter into Laser form. This includes custom programming to create the spool file. Then creating and designing the forms using ACOM Software to which the spool is merged. Programming done in RPG400, RPG/ILE and Free Form RPG with Embedded SQL. This conversion reduced the usage of 7 checks forms into one laser check form. No need to order pre-printed invoice/voucher forms, instead these print on plain paper.
  • Maintain existing custom applications for Payroll, Human Resources, Check Reconcilement, General Ledger and 401K Systems. This includes formulating system analysis and design techniques to solve problems and/or meet project goals. Then I create new applications and/or make enhancements on existing applications applying the techniques ultimately meeting user requirements and attaining project objectives. Also provide needed documentation for the users. Programming done in RPG400, RPG/ILE and Free Form RPG with Embedded SQL. Also used Subfile Processing.
  • Responsible for creation of custom programs for Star Bucks Electronic Invoice Monthly Process. This is basically an addition to the already existing EDI process. Programming done in Free Form RPG with Embedded SQL.
  • Involved in the programming aspect of the Billing System website application. Created Java Codes, Servlets, JSPs, Javascript, HTML, XML, Java Beans, stored procedures using IBM Websphere Development Studio Client 5.1.
