• The overall result was to get 16 unrelated databases arranged in a workflow to provide content to a reporting system, as well as greater amounts of data exchange. There were servers and data warehouses containing Tobin, LandWorks, MDM, SQL, Linux, and Oracle databases.
• Confidential is a spatial ETL software program for converting over 400 different GIS, CAD, and database formats.
• It is similar in nature to Informatica Power Center or the ESRI Data Interoperability Extension.
• Completed transition of ESRI ArcGIS data to SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for logging.
• This was accomplished using REST and SOAP on Confidential Server to create coordinate transformations and provide detailed email alerts to map editors and people maintaining each local data warehouse.
