• Researched and collaborated with the Office of External Affairs (OEA) and Confidential Application Development team to upgrade the Confidential In The News (RITN) internal application providing a significantly faster and more efficient application supplying MEDIA mentions of Confidential to Confidential community.. Engineered XML to SQL integration to generate daily email at Confidential, including sources such as WSJ, NY Times, CNN, Fox News, etc. Significantly visible and highly used application by a large majority of Confidential staff and executives.
• To corroborate legal and management concerns, identified, designed and implemented historical and real time system HVAC/trend data for Confidential Building Management System (BMS) totaling over one billion rows of historical data, providing evidence and statistical analysis for significant cost savings for Confidential proper (over one million dollars). Recently integrated the necessary ETL and application processing to also handle the Washington DC BMS . • Singularly continue to monitor and improve corporate wide Business Office CUBS (Computer Usage Billing System) and CATS (Computer Asset Tracking System) applications reporting and tracking Confidential wide computing costs (backups, email, hardware, software, etc) that assist Confidential Computing Center to recover significant operating costs throughout the organization. Responsibilities:

• Directed corporate-wide technology decisions, projects and advanced systems during this decade to improve business activity ten-fold through sound cost effective, productive, and strategically adept technological choices. Reported to the President and CEO of the company.
• Managed migration of core business applications from disconnected user tools to a sweeping, unified, consolidated and integrated system, utilizing SQL Server 2008 Visual Studio ( C# and AJAX) to create our core application named the 'Incentive Engine that was utilizied by all TCC employees. Singlehandedly responsible for the design, development, deployment and support of all SQL Server scripts, stored procedures, views, user access, database backups and restores. Approx. 5,000 database objects.
• Sole resource to configure and install MS SQL Server 2005/2008 servers in the production and development environments at Tax Credit Company (in house and remote servers).
• Interfaced with IT departments of our largest clients, such as Safeway (Vons), Starbucks, AutoZone, Best Buy, Walgreens, Staples, Abercrombie & Fitch, Dollar Tree, Gymboree, Petsmart, and Valley Crest , to develop ETL plans for migration of employee and payroll data to Confidential .
• Created system of optimized queries for instantaneous results from over 1,000,000 employees and 300,000,000 payroll check records thru the Incentive Engine. To provide secured protocals to our clients, we supported SFTP and FTP exchange mediums to extract and process our clients' highly sensitive payroll data.
• Provide security internal and external access to our systems through implementation of internet/extranet security policies (two tiered SonicWALL deployment). Handled VPN/Network Security/SonicWALL integration and access to the company for internal and remote users of our systems. Included full network vulnerability assessment and recommendations with British Telecom.
• Designed, developed, managed, implemented and integrated our Document Management/Scanning solution (Laserfiche) with our core business applications for immediate retrieval, printing, updating and processing. This system provided unparalled functionality in this business space to document and report critical client information significantly quicker and more efficiently and accurately than the competition. Users were able to scan in documents and dynamically link them to employees for retrieval when desired.
• Sole resource that created all stored procedures and SSIS packages required to import data from any external format into the newly designed SQL Server database (tens of millions of rows for some clients).
