My 10.5 years career with Confidential started with the position of Exploration System Analyst. The roles expanded and the scope increased after my promotion to the Exploration System Specialist position.
One of the central themes of my roles is the Oil and Gas Data management on PPDM - based Confidential E&P Master database and also the Halliburton/Landmark OpenWorks database. Tools such as Oracle SQL, Unix scripting, Java JEE were used extensively and me am confident in my technical ability in using them to perform data Extraction, Transformation and Loading.

Responsibilities:

Architected the technology foundation of Pore Volume Assessment System (PVAS). Technology used includes Oracle SQL, ArcGIS REST API, ArcSDE, JSON Management and stakeholders were given periodic demonstration of the software during the project progressreporting presentation.
Performed ETL (Extract, Transform and Load) of legacy Pore Volume data spanning 6 decades from 1950s to 2010 and load the data into PPDM based Master E&P database of Confidential .
The extraction of data from paper-based document utilized OCR technology, scripting, Java programming, Excel data extraction, Oracle SQL.
Delivery to production a rig schedule planner. Technology used includes Oracle SQL and Java Swing.
Delivery to production Prospects and Leads Information Management system. Technology used includes Oracle SQL, ESRI ArcGIS API, ArcSDE, Java and J2EE.
Delivery to production the well drilling journal and well data types tracker. Technology used includes Oracle SQL, Java, JEE, ESRI ArcGIS API, ArcSDE.
Perform validation and prioritization of project requirements
Data model of PVAS and integrate the model into PPDM-based Confidential Master E&P database.
Integrate various data model supporting custom made applications into PPDM-based Master E&P database.
Completed project deliverables such as Project Schedule, Requirement Specification.
Designed solution covering user interface, UX and use cases.
Conducted training on how to use custom-made software.
Developed technical documentation, software User Guide and publish them in the intranet.
