Streamlined and implemented a system that allowed different sub-companies in Europe to consolidate their purchase orders regardless of source systems into one unified whole rather than combining purchases across the sub-companies.
This was achieved by utilizing Tabular Cubes with extensive DAX to highlight and make percentage type indications of matches. It also included suppliers, prices, shipping costs, availability, quantity discounts from a single source and same transportation feeds rather than using multiple suppliers.

Unified data from various sources and utilized the Cube to enable FCX to see their older and larger clients that were not previously available. This enabled FCX to introduce price increases to those clients and to perform “what if” queries to visualize the impact the price changes would have. This new procedure helped to increase profitability.
Unified all data to allow for quick analysis to determine where PT needed to expand geographically. System offered numerous complex statistical calculations in addition to the standard calculations such as year-over-year, rolling averages (3,6,9,12 month) within Cube Multi-dimensional with extensive MDX.
During a short Proof of Concept, utilized Microsoft Master Data Services (Data Governance) to highlight questionable data and allow the business team to modify data themselves rather than involving IT.
