Responsibilities:

Maintained a domain of PC’s and printing devices in the department with Active Directory.
Was go to support for desktop related issues. Duties included troubleshooting, software installation and maintenance.
Set up computer imaging software and storage to keep a back up of every machine with the Windows 7 Operating System.
Programmed batch files for the Windows 7 Operating System which prevented users from customizing, changing, or saving to the hard drive on their issued laptop. Saving to the server was paramount and this was not being done with verbal requests. Laptops were issued from a pool and not on an individual basis.
