• Implementing Inbound EDI 856 (Advance Shipment Notice)

New Application automates the Receiving system in warehouses at different location in USA. Process received Inbound EDI 856 transaction send by vendor. Write the data into AS400 format. Collect other required details related to shipment notice received. Warehouse user can see the ASN detail on their screen and verified the data against physical shipment. Mark the exception found and send it to concern person to resolved.

• Charge Back Reconciliation EDI 849

New Application received Inbound EDI 849 transaction send by vendor contain charge back information. Write the data into AS400 format. Collect other required details related to charge back information received. Chargeback Team cross verify the vendor detail with our own details. Looks into the exception and sort out the issue with vendor by sending correct information.
