I was assigned to develop the Conversion Renewal automation for the back-end mainframe side; i.e., development of all transactions for most Commercial Lines of business to be "converted" from the legacy systems to the new structure.
Upon completion, I mentored and aided two co-workers in the remaining lines of business for the Conversion Renewal project - from the development phase into production.
