And we calculate total min for each and every hospital. Clicking the start button, it calculates total min for one account and it allots the file to the MT those who are having that hospitals as first priority. After finished this process, it will check balance min available or not. If available means, it will do the same process but those who has second priority as that hospital account. This is successfully running now. Templates & Macros of BROWSER: In MicroSoft Word 2000, CustomDocumentProperties we stored some information related to Patient details / Doctor details / Document details. From these we will manipulate the files. This is done by Macro + Templates in Visual Basic 6.0. Patient Finder: Using VB 6.0 as front end and MYSQL front / Ms-Access as backend I did many tools. For example Client provide the patient details in Ms-Access file. Using VB 6.0, connect access by Visual Data Manager.

Validations in Word File: CustomDocumentProperty are needs to be cross checked with database. Take the value from the CDP(CustomDocumentProperty) and check that value is equal in the database or not. if there is any difference it shows the error. So, that the user identifies the error and correct the problem. Also cross checked with document.
