Responsibilities:

  • Managed both JIRA and Clarity PPM as both a technical and functional administrator
  • Designed and developed a reporting tool within Clarity PPM which used Oracle SQL queries, Python, SOAP, ODATA, and Windows Scheduler to pull data from the transactional database, import the data into Excel, and refresh automatically

  • Cut the account set up time from 10 minutes to 20 seconds by independently designing and developing an automated process using a scripting language called GEL, which automatically loaded user accounts into Clarity PPM
  • Installed and administered a small instance of Microsoft SQL Server 2017, which ran automated reports using the job scheduler within SSMS
  • Redesigned the PMO’s SharePoint site by adding custom options for senior leadership, using SharePoint Designer 2010, HTML, and JavaScript
  • Developed and published the PMO’s weekly status report within Microsoft Excel, by using VBA and XML to pull data from Clarity PPM and publish it to SharePoint
  • Programmed SQL queries using PL/SQL and T - SQL in both SQL server and Oracle databases
  • Created portlets in Clarity PPM using NSQL queries that tracked invalid transactions missed by the system
  • Managed a Microsoft Outlook mailbox which was used for the JIRA and Clarity PPM ticketing system
