Responsibilities:

We currently has an effort underway to convert and rewrited a large number of reports to SSRS based technology. Teh originating data resides in three different database platforms (Teradata, DB2, SQLSERVER).
We are in need of an SQL Expert that will take teh responsibility of analyzing, tuning and/or developing new SQL code to optimize teh retrieval of teh data. Candidate would need to be comfortable in all three database environments.
Primary need is to complete analysis of existing complex SQL and rewrite / tune as needed. Experience working wif Very Large volume databases and queries a plus.
Teh primary skill set is teh creation and optimization of DB2 Stored Procedures and JCL. Qualified candidates will also need to has well rounded analytical skills to be able to examine teh reporting requirements, queries and then design teh appropriate stored procedure.
We believe we could teach teh right resource about teh IBM Data Studio tool, SSRS or Teradata.
