• Employee Stock Purchase Plan: Took over a failing project t replace a service provided by Merrill Lynch with an in-house system and turned it int a success. The homegrown architecture was Visual Basic 5.0 against multi-user MS Access. The business required a vehicle t record purchases and sales of employee-owned stock, calculate dividends, track vesting dates, and print employee statements.
