- The DECS project include the design, development and implementation of a federally certifiable statewide automated child support system for State of Delaware. The design of thi statewide system wa based on the solution provided by Protech Solution to variou other statewide system including New Jersey, Massachusetts, Michigan and Arkansas. The initial phase of the project involve conversion of the legacy data in the State' Main Frame system to SQL Server database. Thi automated child support system i comprised of variou sub-system including Case Initiation, Establishment, IV-A interfaces, Financials, Collections, Distribution, Disbursement, Enforcement, Customer Service, Imaging, Financial Reporting and Security.
- Project involved the integration of FileNet 5.1 into a custom built web based application. Thi application allowed user to load, retrieve and edit electronic document from within a web based application.
- Subsequent to the requirement gathering / Scope definition processes, the conversion of the legacy data and the successful integration of all component will make the State of Delaware to implement a federally compliant system using DRA/PRWORA distribution rule and avoid the assessment of federal penaltie for a non-compliant system.
