- Communicated with TI s managers and figured out that they needed a high quality mathematic model to predict their transaction conversion rate.
- Explored TI s transaction data, cleaned outliers and empty observations, and transformed skewed variables by using Python.
- Clustered TI s customer data into 5 segments with unsupervised machine learning algorithms PCA and K - means, and visualized features of each customer group in Tableau.
- Executing Scikit-learn in Python, we trained classification models, including Logistic Regression, Random Forest, and Support Vector Machine, to predict transaction conversion rate and evaluated training results using Cross-validation.
