Acted as an Architect/DBA/Developer for the evaluation, enhancement and replication of the Cleveland plant of truck manufacturing in order to emulate a new plant being built in Monterey Mexico Saltillo . This analysis starts from the time the IMACS Information Manufacturing and Accounting system generates the BOM Bill of Materials from an IMS/DB2 for z/OS database to the processing of all the JCL data streams to explode the construction of that truck and transfer of data from the z/OS environment into the robot software that manipulates the arms for assembly.
