The DC database receives input of Client Information, Product Information, and Compliance Rules in order to determine which Clients have Contracts for Products and/or Services with JPMC which are not in Compliance with corporate Rules regarding Documentation of Terms and Conditions. The RPT db receives the output of the DC db and assigns Clients that are out of Compliance to JPMC associates for review and remediation of compliance deficiencies, tracking incremental steps toward achieving compliance.

Access Database Developer

  • Developed an Access 2010 database that reports product pricing based on plant, material, product group and transportation requirements, using VBA code and SQL queries. The database imports daily updates from Unicode files and generates reports filtered by Headquarters, Customer, Sales Representative, or Product Price List. The database also generates Error Reports tracking data mismatches in the extract files for Quality Control purposes.
  • The database updates overnight using Windows7 Task Scheduler, importing the SAP extract files, then creating two Sales Organization-specific databases which are exported to different network drives for use by those organizations.

  • Designed, developed and maintained four new Access 2002/2003 databases, and upgraded the Usage Terminations database. The new databases are a New Contract Mail Log, a Contract Performance Tracking database, Data Terminations Charge Calculator, and Contract Reject Summary. All but the last are split databases, with the back-end residing on a shared network drive. The front-end contains code which verifies that the user has the latest version, that they are authorized to use the database, and that they are not opening the front-end file on a network drive. All of the databases are extensively queried using SQL.

  • Designed and developed the Cost Reporting Access 2003 database. The imports Accounts Payable data from a dozen separate hospitals' accounting systems into Access to allow reporting both on an individual hospital level and at a system-wide level. The database imports its data from a variety of file formats, including Excel, csv, txt, and dat. using VBA, and is queried using SQL.

Designed and developed an Access 2002 databases for the Contract Management group. The database automatically imports data from Excel files and displays it in several formats for manual validation.
