Responsibilities:

  • Implemented a MS Word AddIn solution designed to simplify document creation, template design and improve maintenance; it also provides end users access to data sources like Outlook, PeopleSoft and InterAction. I was part of a team of 4 people, working as a team lead most of the time. This solution was built with C#, XML and Web Services and it is being deployed using Wix Installer.
  • Implemented a MS Outlook AddIn functionality which enables end user to report Phishing email forwarding it to the Firm Security Group. This solution was built using VB .NET and it is being deployed using Wix Installer.
  • Implemented a web based solution for end users to submit job requests which will trigger Powershell scripts in order to transfer data across the datacenters in the Firm. The end user portal uses ASP, MVC 3, javascript, jQuery and knockout. The back-end is a windows service developed in C# using PowerShell, MS SQL server and Entity Framework.
