- Developed a daily batch job to extract paid/un-paid claims based on the week of the day using complex criteria; self purges dynamically due to the data intensive nature of extract.
- HealthNet received re-priced claims through in-bound process. From these in-bound files generates reconciliation reports of in- Confidential t, out- Confidential t and DME claims which are paid during a month. This is used for paying the claims processed by iHealth.
- Confidential contract with OrthoNet to implement a post-adjudication/pre-payment Focused Claim Review on targeted physician claims and high-dollar surgical claims. Before Confidential makes a payment on certain surgical claims, OrthoNet will compare the billed CPT codes to the surgeon’s operative report to ensure that all billed codes are documented in the surgical record. If a code is not supported by the record, then Confidential will not pay for that code unless/until the surgeon amends the Operative note to validate that the service was in fact performed and properly payable.
