SUMMARY

PWI Systems / Stock Plan Services group is looking for a motivated, self - starting developer to work within the Data Conversion and Implementation Group and provide data transformation, validation and loads to production for client implementations.
As a member of our dynamic group, the individual will work on external client implementations, process improvements and aid in the on-going support of production clients.
The individual will work closely with our Data Conversion Management team as well as our Implementation Management team to provide accurate, easy to understand results from the testing of client conversion data.
The Stock Plan Services Implementation Group works with external clients to convert their Stock Option, Stock Purchase and Restricted Stock Plans to Fidelity for administration.
Our organization is a fast paced team delivering comprehensive results from tests of varied and complex data originating from several current client providers.
We provide results for our clients in a timely and effective way. We pride ourselves with a close relationship with our business partners and clients and are always looking for ways to streamline and improve our processes.

Data Conversion Developer / Analyst

Responsibilities:

Conversion of client data from a number of different provider sources to a standard implementation format
Testing of implementation jobs as well as accurate interpretation of results to be provided to our external clients to correct errors
Aid in the analysis of production issues resulting from implementation activities
Participate in application migrations/installation
Interact with other Fidelity systems organizations to support testing implementation activities
Contribute to project tracking
Work effectively with team members in a collaborative environment to enhance our implementation processes.
