Wrote all documentation for a mission - critical federal online software redevelopment project with a 13-member team in a CMMI-certified environment. This included end-user documentation such as the user guide, agency documentation such as test plans, and internal documentation such as status reports.
Continued with the same duties, including regular documentation updates, after the system went into production in 2011.
It is used by the client organization to disburse one-half of one percent of the federal budget. Also scribed minutes at meetings and wrote various sections of the (successful) proposal for renewal of the contract.
