I served as the Requirements Analyst, Technical Writer, Curriculum Developer, SharePoint Trainer and System Administrator for the development of a SharePoint Document Management System DMS and Case Management System CMS for the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals CBCA . The DMS and CMS systems were designed to replace the existing MS Access system, which the CBCA team was also tasked with migrating to the new system, which consisted of dashboards and web-based reporting functions that would enable the client to expedite their data gathering process.
